How to report an error, and how we fix it.
We work hard to be accurate — our editorial standards describe how — but reference data changes and mistakes happen. When they do, we want to know, and we fix them in the open.
Report an error
Email hello@caslonmedia.com with the page URL and what's wrong. Corrections are answered before anything else in our inbox.
How we correct
When we confirm an error, we correct the page promptly. For a substantive factual change, we note that the page was corrected and when. We don't quietly rewrite history — a correction is a signal that the process worked.
Freshness
Data pages carry a "last verified" date. If you find a page whose data has gone stale, that's worth reporting too — it goes to the front of the queue.
